Commissioner for Human Rights in Artsakh updated information on the consequences of Azerbaijani aggression
Damage caused by the Azerbaijani aggression to civilian population and objects
Based on the fact-finding mission Mr. Artal Beglaryan, Artsakh Human Rights Ombudsman updated the information on the consequences of the Azerbaijani crimes against the Artsakh civilian population since September 27.
As of November 3, 46 civilians have been killed — a little girl, 7 women, and 38 men. A total of 144 people were wounded, of which 123 received severe injuries: 104 of them are male, and 19 are female citizens.
One hundred seventy peaceful settlements of the Artsakh Republic were severely damaged, particularly 13800 private immovable property, 2100 private movable property, 3100 infrastructures, including public and industrial objects.
In addition, the infographic picture revealed by the Artsakh Human Rights Defender / Ombudsman Artak Beglaryan representing the damages to schools and kindergartens in Artsakh caused by Azerbaijani aggression. The statistics evidence that children in Artsakh are 100% deprived of the right to education.
